A demonstration of how songs and videos based on the repetitive input of collocations can promote accurate and fluent use of English and help build a foundation for critical thinking skills.

Jason R Levine has nearly fifteen years of experience in ELT as a teacher, teacher trainer, and materials writer. He the creator of ColloLearn, an approach to English language learning based on the songs he writes and performs as Fluency MC.

Jason teaches in the MA TESOL program at the New School and writes songs and chants for several publishers, including Oxford University Press. He is chair-elect of the TESOL Interest Group Video and Digital Media and serves as an English Specialist with the U.S. Department of State. He is also the creator of the Weekly Workout with Fluency MC on WizIQ
