Mariana Montaldo has been working as a Technical Assistant in Education at Plan Ceibal since 2010. She is the academic coordinator of Ceibal en Inglés, an English Teaching Project implemented by Plan Ceibal since 2012.

English and School Teacher she has a Masters Degree in Bilingual and Multicultural Education awarded by UMASS (University of Massachussets) and her work is related to techonolgy in educational settings and teacher training.

Prior to Ceibal, she worked as school Teacher, English teacher and also as a Teacher Trainer and Mentor for different Language Teaching Programs in School settings.
