Argentina does not belong to the first world. My country is young and considered a developing one. The Argentinian government has launched projects to make technology available to high school students and in this way narrow the digital gap and democratise education, but all that glitters is not gold and some inconveniences have appeared. Some teachers include technology in their classes naturally, others do not. My presentation will describe how technology is being included in my country, what can we do as IT educational counselors to minimise inconveniences and help the educational community on this topic in developing countries with similar situations.
