Designing effective lessons can be challenging when we strongly believe in personalized learning, even in one to one teaching scenarios. Technology allows us to become producers of our content, which definitely helps learners with different learning styles. The use of video in class or in flipped classrooms is one of the most powerful ways to inspire and motivate leaners and also a way to encourage them to become producers of their own learning journey.

In search of ways to deal with challenges in class I started an exploration journey that led me to put together concepts of Design Thinking and Video Production to track progress, to re-use learners productions, for instruction, and ended up prototyping a solution to a class challenge which I am testing. In the meantime, we are having lots of fun and learning together.
