HENRY EMERY
Henry Emery is one of the most outstanding contemporary Aviation English experienced professionals and highly-skilled trainers. He works closely with the International Civil Aviation English Association and he is co-director of EmeryRoberts language consultancy (www.emery-roberts.co.uk).

AVIATION ENGLISH
Their excellent book “AVIATION ENGLISH” equipped with one of the most comprehensive teacher’s books is a winner of the ELTon Awards 2009 (British Council Innovation Awards) and meets the language proficiency requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization for use of plain English alongside with RT phraseology by pilots and air traffic controllers.

The Aviation English package provides the all-inclusive solution that is necessary to achieve ICAO Level 4. It is technically accurate on phraseology but the plain-English skills training demanded by today’s ICAO legislation is what makes it the first one of its kind and totally distinguishes it from the materials published so far.

What impresses mostly the learner and the teacher is the brilliant choice of aviation topics, the quality of the materials, the easy-to-use plain English in aviation context in combination with the right phraseology.
