SUMMARY:Eigo.AI - The World's First Fully AI-Powered 4-Skills Platform for English Language Learners - Paul Raine
DESCRIPTION:TeacherTools.Digital is a platform for creating and administering a range of different language teaching and testing assignments for English\, Spanish\, French\, and German\, which cover all four skills of speaking\, listening\, reading and writing. \nIt is compatible with smartphones\, tablets\, desktops\, and laptops\, and runs on all modern browsers\, including Google Chrome\, Mozilla Firefox\, iOS Safari\, and Microsoft Edge. \nTeachers can log into the site with their Google or Microsoft account and start making assignments immediately. Students do not need to register with the site\, and simply input their details when they submit an assignment\, thus making onboarding super simple and easy. \nWhen a teacher makes an assignment\, a link is generated\, which can be passed to students for submission. Links can also be easily posted on the LMS of your choice\, including Google Classroom\, Blackboard\, Moodle\, and many others. \nIn this presentation\, the developer of the platform will demonstrate its main features\, and explain how it can be used by teachers to create effective and engaging language learning activities in a range of different contexts. \n  \nPaul Raine (MA TEFL/TESL\, University of Birmingham 2012) is an award-winning teacher\, presenter\, author\, and developer. His books include the best-selling 50 Ways to Teach with Technology and the innovative multi-path graded reader Journey to Mars. SUMMARY:MAGNILEARN - Making Language Learning Personalized Better & Fun With AI - Tal Levy
DESCRIPTION:As language instructors\, we continuously seek innovative ways to enhance language acquisition. Recognizing that each student possesses unique needs\, we leverage technological advancements to optimize both learning and teaching experiences. Recently\, I discovered an AI-powered tool designed for learning English as a foreign language. This tool offers a personalized learning journey by adapting its curriculum to match the specific abilities and needs of each student\, ensuring the material remains challenging yet manageable. \nA standout feature of this tool is its nano-learning methodology\, which breaks down the learning process into small\, digestible segments\, allowing students to quickly see the impact of their efforts. This approach is supported by data-driven insights that monitor each student’s progress\, providing tailored feedback and recommendations. This facilitates targeted learning efforts and enhances support for student success. \nIn my presentation\, I will explore how this tool can be integrated with existing course materials to create a dynamic and effective learning environment. I will highlight specific features of the tool\, share insights gained from student feedback\, and discuss best practices gleaned from its application. This demonstration aims to illustrate the substantial benefits of incorporating AI technology in language education\, catering to learners at all proficiency levels. \nAI\, data-driven\, personalized learning. \nedtech tool: Magnilearn \n  \nTal Levy has over 35 years of experience in the field of EFL & EPIC.
